The PACK Guide is a clinical support tool that is is designed to assist clinicians in primary care settings in assessing, diagnosing, and managing various conditions. It is updated annually and specifically for LMIC. PACK has been implemented in South Africa/Western Cape, Botswana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Malawi, and Brazil/Florianópolis. The Community Tool Box is a free, online resource for those working to build healthier communities and bring about social change. If you want to learn about community assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, advocacy, and other aspects of community practice, you will find over 300 educational modules and other free tools.
